Caving | Beginner's Course Level 1

In this course it is intended that the participants acquire basic knowledge of progression in cave and code of environmental preservation in the caveman environment.

The course lasts 3 days and consists of the following components:

Theoretical component - notions and cultural, scientific and environmental approach 
Technical component - training of basic techniques of progression in grotto with horizontal progression and small verticals. 
Visitation of three cavities.
